Accounts to date:

The latest statement date for 01 July 2020 showed:

Reserve account balance £978.00

Current account balance (as of 01.07.2020) £10,070.12

Reports:

Mowing: No complaints

Highways:

Cllr Forrester reports cost of Burntwood to clean drains. There are two potential options:

A cost per grid cost of £39.50 plus travel time (2hrs min) plus takeaway = £140

Per day cost of £650 plus takeaway £180

Action: It was agreed Cllr Fosrester will check number of grids and to arrange work to be carried out.

Footpaths: Nothing further to report.

Gulleys and weeding: Streetscene are still to supply a quote, including confirmation of when weeding and road sweeping was last carried out.

20/16 Chairman's questions/items for information/next agenda

Cllr Forrester reported that there were two interested parties interested in a councillor vacancy. It was agreed interviews should take place.

Action: Cllr Forrester will communicate requirements to candidates.

The next parish council meeting is scheduled for Thursday 15 November at 7.30pm.
